Lornett’s Southern Kitchen
About
Lornett’s Southern Kitchen, which goes by LSKChefs, serves Louisiana Creole and Cajun food across the Raleigh-Durham area through its food truck and its catering side. The cooking is the spicy, rich kind, and it comes out of one family’s kitchen.
Chef Richard learned it from his grandmother, who came from Arcadia in Bienville Parish, Louisiana, and who showed her love for her grandchildren by feeding them. He traveled to see her as a child and as an adult, and those visits are what pushed him toward cooking for a living.
