Localista LLC
About
Localista is a local guide platform built to help people discover and take part in what is happening around them. It promotes locally owned businesses and artisans, and it points people toward events and causes that matter in the community.
The operation runs from Green Level Church Road in Cary. A community group attached to it has grown past 2,900 members and is still adding people, which gives the platform a reach well past its own site. The work is as much about connection as promotion.
What to know
- Localista records interviews with local people under the name Local Spotlight.
- It hosts a Lunch, Learn & Network series for the local business community.
