Little Blue Bakehouse

Little Blue Bakehouse is a bakery and coffee house on New Bern Avenue, next door to the Alamo Drafthouse. It grew out of Little Blue Macaron, the founders’ first small business, and the macarons are still the signature.

The case holds work from more than one baker, so croissants and doughnuts sit alongside gluten-free pastry from another kitchen. Local coffee, matcha, and seasonal lemonade round out the counter. The bakehouse also works as a shared space for bakers and confectioners who need a kitchen of their own.
