Lechón Latin BBQ & Bar

Lechón Latin BBQ & Bar is a family-owned Puerto Rican barbecue restaurant and bar inside Triangle Town Center in North Raleigh, in the space that once held California Pizza Kitchen. It opened in 2022.

Whole hogs are marinated in adobo and roasted until the skin crisps, then sold as lechón con cuero with rice and beans. The menu also runs to Peruvian rotisserie chicken, jerk ribs, Argentine empanadas, a Cuban sandwich, fried yuca and elote salad, with mojitos and margaritas from the bar. Southern Living named it one of the South’s best new barbecue joints of 2024.
