About
KoMANA Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom on Ryan Road in Cary making both craft beer and fresh kombucha. The kombucha is brewed in-house and comes out bright and fresh, without the harsh vinegar bite that puts some people off.
The taproom pours cocktails and mocktails as well, so nobody in the group gets stuck with nothing. The owners say they brew fresh, serve differently, and build events that actually bring people together, which is most of what a taproom is for. The room fills up on event nights.
