Jim Graham Building at North Carolina State Fairgrounds
About
The Jim Graham Building is the largest building at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds on Blue Ridge Road in Raleigh. Trade shows, festivals, livestock and agricultural events, sales events and exhibitions fill it through the year, well outside fair season. Anyone who has been to the State Fair has walked through it.
It is a large, plain, climate-controlled hall, which is what most of those events need. Organizers can spread outside with tents and fencing when the floor is not enough, and there are meeting rooms for the smaller parts of a program.
What to know
- The building totals 100,000 square feet, all of it climate-controlled.
- The main exhibit hall measures 380 by 250 feet on a 95,000 square foot main floor.
- Two meeting rooms cover 3,000 and 2,500 square feet.
- Two office areas are available to event organizers.
- A tent connector can join the building to the facility next door.
