Jes & Co.
About
Jes & Co. is a Raleigh leadership and culture practice led by founder and CEO Jes Averhart, who works as a speaker, trainer and coach. The company is known nationally for making that kind of work feel meaningful and enjoyable at the same time.
What it offers runs from keynotes to training programs and one-to-one coaching, aimed at high performers who are either burned out or worried about going stale. Evolve or Repeat is the idea underneath all of it: you either change or you live the same year twice.
What to know
- Averhart has held roles with the NFL, the NBA, Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo North America.
- She co-founded Black Wall Street Homecoming, a nonprofit working to close funding gaps for Black and Brown tech founders.
