Inside Out Sports
About
Inside-Out Sports is a specialty running and triathlon store with its headquarters on Grisdale Lane in Cary. The shop carries running shoes, triathlon gear and apparel, tri bikes from Cervélo and BMC, swim equipment, power meters, and hydration accessories.
It started in Raleigh in 1994 and narrowed in on runners and multisport athletes early, which is part of why the staff knows this equipment so well. The store became the leading specialty running shop in the Triangle not long after opening. The Cary headquarters opened in July 2002.
