Hill Ridge Farms

About

Hill Ridge Farms is a family farm on Tarboro Road with a Youngsville mailing address, east of town in what is likely unincorporated Franklin County. It is one of the area’s big fall farms.

From mid-September into November it runs a fall festival built for families. Train rides, a carousel and wagon rides to the pumpkin patch come with admission, and there are barnyard animals, a gem mine and a fish dock to fill the afternoon. The snack stands sell apple cider doughnuts, kettle corn, funnel cakes and BBQ.

What to know

  • Every fall admission includes a free pumpkin from the patch.
  • Admission was $24.95 per person age 2 and up in 2026, and under 2 is free.
  • Tickets are sold at the booth or country store only, and reservations are not taken.
  • A jump pillow, mountain slide, corn house and trike races are part of the play area.
  • The farm also runs a winter Festival of Lights.
