Galatea Boutique
About
Galatea Boutique has supported local fashion artists and clothing designers in the Carolinas since 1996, and it sells clothing, accessories and handcrafted jewelry from its North Bloodworth Street store in Raleigh. It has been doing that for close to three decades.
The shop calls what it does a celebration of personal style, and the mix leans eclectic, playful and a little unexpected. Gifts sit alongside the clothing, and it makes its own scented candles under the name Galatea Glow. One customer says she has shopped there for 30 years.
