Freddy’s Bottle Shop operates as The Hideaway, a family-run bottle shop and bar on East Roosevelt Avenue in Wake Forest. You can pick up a bottle or a six-pack to take home, or stay and drink a pint at the bar.
The shelves hold more than 200 cold craft beers and over 300 wines, and the taps keep changing, so the draft list is never quite the same twice. It works as a bar as much as a shop, with a comfortable lounge to sit in and a good-sized patio for when the weather cooperates.
