About
Fred G. Bond Metro Park covers 310 acres on High House Road, making it the largest park in Cary. It is built around Bond Lake, with a boathouse renting boats.
The park also holds the Sertoma Amphitheatre, a challenge and ropes course, the Lazy Daze Playground, a Compost Education Center and an orienteering course. It won best place for outdoor recreation in the 2026 Maggy Awards.
