Flask & Beaker

Flask & Beaker is the restaurant inside the StateView Hotel on Alumni Drive, on the NC State campus in Raleigh. The dining room looks out over Lake Raleigh, which is the main reason it turns up on lists of Raleigh restaurants with a view.

The kitchen works with local ingredients and builds a creative menu around them, and the bar team takes the same approach with drinks. The setting is a large part of the appeal, between the lake outside the windows and the campus around it.
