Enbridge Gas North Carolina
About
Enbridge Gas North Carolina is the natural gas utility for homes and businesses around Cary and Raleigh, with an office on Chapel Hill Road. It was formerly the North Carolina gas operation of Dominion Energy, and the change of owner did not change who to call.
Most of what a customer needs is handled online instead of over the phone: starting or moving service, paying a bill, reporting a problem, looking up an account. Safety guidance is published there too, along with programs meant to bring a monthly bill down.

- Energy Alerts let customers track usage and stay ahead of a bill.
- Rebates are offered on energy-efficient appliances.
