ElectriCities of NC, Inc.
About
ElectriCities of North Carolina is a not-for-profit membership organization based in Raleigh, working for the towns and cities that own and operate their own electric utilities. It has served public power communities in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia since 1965.
Public power means a community owns its electric system and distributes energy to its own residents, and that local ownership brings real benefits close to home. ElectriCities works under the banner The Energy Behind Public Power, helping members with the practical side of running a utility.
