El Jefe Modern Mex

El Jefe Modern Mex is a Mexican restaurant and bar in the Wallbrook shopping center on South Main Street in Rolesville. It calls itself a modern Mexican kitchen and bar, and its website says the food comes from the owner’s mother’s recipes from Jalisco, Mexico.

The menu runs from cheese dip and ceviche to tacos served three to an order with rice and beans, burritos, enchiladas and especialidades such as fajitas, pasta imperial and rib eye with lobster.
