Danny’s Bar-B-Que was founded by a Jacksonville, Florida native who relocated to Cary in October 1989 and, as an avid barbecue connoisseur, went in search of real pit, hickory-smoked barbecue in a state where he found mostly shredded pork with vinegar sauce.
