Danny’s Bar-B-Que

Danny’s Bar-B-Que on Ashville Avenue in Cary cooks pit barbecue over hickory, the style the founder grew up eating in Florida. He moved to North Carolina in 1989, went looking for that kind of smoke, and mostly found shredded pork under vinegar sauce instead.
