Cultivate Kids Dentistry
About
Cultivate Kids Dentistry is a solo pediatric dental practice on Big Oak Court in Knightdale. The office is right off Knightdale Boulevard, next to Pelican’s.
Dr. Leslie Yuan Gazdeck is the practice’s only dentist. She moved back to North Carolina in 2018 and says she has practiced for over 12 years. Families complete new-patient paperwork online through the patient portal before the first visit, and the same portal handles appointment requests. The practice describes itself as one doctor and one location, so every visit is with Dr. Gazdeck in Knightdale.
