Crabtree Chiropractic Center is a Raleigh practice on Lead Mine Road, founded in the early 1980s by Dr. Chas Kubasko, who is now a mentor and trainer and no longer sees patients.
Dr. Thomas Andersen graduated magna cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2020 and Dr. Max Smith from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 2025, with Webster Technique certification. NC chiropractic license 1346, verified through the practice’s BBB profile. It keeps the widest schedule of any chiropractor in our guides, including Saturdays, and publishes a walk-in policy for established patients along with same-day appointments and a free preliminary consultation.
