Chatham Park Investors is affiliated with Preston Development Company, a Cary firm that has been putting up residential and commercial projects for more than three decades. The office sits on Weston Estates Way, on the west side of Cary.
Preston started in 1991 with the Preston community and Prestonwood Country Club, and the name has carried across its projects ever since. The work now runs from the Triangle out to the North Carolina coast, under the adage that if a job is worth doing, you do it right.
