Charlie’s Kabob Grill

Charlie’s Kabob Grill has been cooking Lebanese food on Capital Boulevard in Wake Forest since 2008. It is family owned, and the recipes come from the family, changed a little from one generation to the next. There are two locations in town now.

Expect gyros, kabob plates and platters, with hummus and warm pita to start. The meat is halal, and there is enough on the menu for vegetarians and vegans to eat well. Food is made fresh each day, and you can sit down or take it with you.
