Carrabba’s Italian Grill on Capital Boulevard in northeast Raleigh cooks Italian food over a wood-burning grill at the center of the kitchen. Steaks, chops and chicken come off that grill, and the pastas are sautéed to order.
Chicken Bryan and Pollo Rosa Maria are the plates regulars come back for. The dining room is contemporary and the welcome is casual, so it works for a weeknight table as easily as a birthday. Carside Carryout brings an order out to the car if you would rather eat at home.
