About
Capulet Cocktail Club is an Italian-inspired cocktail lounge at The Exchange in Midtown Raleigh, east of North Hills. Patrick Shanahan, the artist and designer behind Watts & Ward and Peregrine, runs it with partner Robby Opperman. Capulet is in the same Social Street building as Peregrine and Café Royale, two other Shanahan businesses.
The room has a domed ceiling, a semicircular bar, alcoves with murals and velvet banquettes in a private room. The drink list focuses on house cocktails, classics, nonalcoholic drinks and Italian wines, and the bar has an outdoor courtyard garden bar.

- The bar does not take reservations.
- It shares an outdoor courtyard with Café Royale next door.
- Beverage director Zack Thomas oversees the cocktail program.
- Featured drinks have included the Sunken Kingdom and the House of Capulet.
