Captain Cookie & the Milkman – Transfer Co. Food Hall

Captain Cookie & the Milkman keeps a stall inside Transfer Co. Food Hall on East Davie Street, just east of downtown Raleigh, among the other vendors under that roof. The cookies are baked from scratch, and the milk and ice cream come from local creameries.

The draw is the ice cream sandwich, assembled to order from a fresh cookie and whichever ice cream you point at. Cookies on their own travel well too, which suits a food hall where people wander from counter to counter and share what they find.
