C3 Wellness Spa

C3 Wellness Spa is on the ground floor of the Stanhope building on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh. It opened in September 2025, and the floor was fitted out that same year, so every room, table and piece of equipment in the place is new.

Three practices operate here side by side, and each one is licensed for what it does, covering massage, physical therapy and acupuncture. Facials, waxing, a salt booth and IV therapy fill out the list, and the staff describe a visit as a treatment instead of an appointment.

What to know

• The physical therapy clinic files claims with major insurers.
• VA benefits and CareCredit are accepted alongside major medical insurance.
• Parking is free and validated for visitors.
• A first massage or facial is priced at $85 or less.
