BytheGrace

BytheGrace is a Raleigh catering company and food truck cooking comfort food from scratch. It takes on corporate and private catering, and it will work with special requests outside the usual menu. Scratch cooking is the whole premise, and the food is the comforting kind.

Heather Stallings, a Raleigh native, founded the business in September 2018. The truck she cooks from is a 1995 Freightliner ambulance named Faith, which spent twenty-three years in emergency service before it was retired in 2018, the same year BytheGrace began.
