Burrito Shak is a fast-casual Mexican spot on Kildaire Farm Road in Cary, part of a small chain with locations in North Carolina and Arizona. The food is made from scratch, and the rooms carry a laid-back beach feel.
Chef David Longo started it in the spring of 2015, after noticing how few places served good food quickly to a parent with small children in tow. He had spent more than twenty years in restaurants by then, including work as an executive chef in fine dining.
