The Cary branch of Burrito Shak is on Kildaire Farm Road, serving burritos, bowls, and tacos built from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. It is quick-service food, but the recipes came from a chef and the concept keeps a laid-back beach feel. Everything is made from scratch, chef-inspired fresh mex cooking.
David Longo opened the first Burrito Shak in the spring of 2015. He had children aged one and three at the time, and he wanted somewhere that served real cooking fast, in a room a family could actually sit in.
