Buena Papa Fry Bar is a stall inside Morgan Street Food Hall in downtown Raleigh. The food is Colombian-inspired, with Latin flavors piled over hand-cut French fries. Fries are cut and cooked to order at the counter.
The name is Spanish for good potato, which tells you most of what you need to know. It is a quick-serve concept, so food comes fast and you eat it in the hall among the other stalls. The whole idea started with a family dinner in 2020, cooked as a special treat.
