Bruegger’s Bagels at Stonehenge Market is on Creedmoor Road in north Raleigh. The bagels are baked fresh, and both standard and gourmet kinds are kettle-boiled. Breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches both come off the same counter. It is one of several Bruegger’s shops around Raleigh.
Drinks are sold alongside the food. Bruegger’s has been making New York-style bagels for more than 40 years, and the sandwich recipes are its own. Breakfast sandwiches are built with cage-free eggs, and the newest of them is called the Double-Stack.
