Bosendorfer Hall at Ruggero Piano

Bosendorfer Hall is the concert space inside Ruggero Piano’s showroom on Hargrove Road in Raleigh. Reviewers describe it as a cozy hall with friendly people, and it is used for concerts. People come here to hear a piano played as much as to buy one.

The showroom around it belongs to a third-generation family business that has been selling and servicing pianos since 1958, and calls itself North Carolina’s most complete piano showroom and service center. New acoustic, hybrid and digital instruments share the floor with restored and pre-owned pianos.

What to know

• Brands on the floor include Yamaha, Bosendorfer, Schimmel, Estonia and Clavinova.
• The business also tunes pianos, and customers say booking an appointment is easy.
• A 2026 promotion offered zero percent financing on qualifying new Yamaha pianos.
• The Raleigh location doubles as a service center for instruments.
