Black & White Coffee Roasters

About

Black and White Coffee Roasters started here. The Brooks Street cafe in Wake Forest was the company’s first, and the roasting used to happen in the same building before it moved out to a roastery that is closed to the public.

The company’s position on coffee is that it should be simple. It roasts single-origin coffees and blends, and sorts them both by roast level and by flavor profile, described as clean, mild or funky. Other cafes followed, including one in Raleigh, and the company ships coffee worldwide.
