Beyond the Note is a private music school on SE Maynard Road in Cary, where the goal is turning students into musicians. The school organizes its work around three E’s: education, entertainment and real-world experience. The teachers are all working musicians.
That third E matters. Students perform in front of people and build toward the next stage of their musical education, and instruction is personalized to the student sitting in front of the teacher. Lessons are sold as memberships, and a consultation comes first for new families.
