Beto El Poblano is a Mexican restaurant on Falls of Neuse Road in north Raleigh, a short drive south of Wake Forest. It opened in 2023 and is an independent, locally owned kitchen that shares a stretch of the road with El Tapatio.
The menu pairs tacos and burritos with a seafood side that runs to oysters, shrimp tostadas, shrimp cocktail and salmon. Honey chipotle shrimp tacos are a good place to start, and the bar mixes a Cantarito cocktail for the table. The same team also runs a Beto El Poblano food truck around the area.
