Belgian Waffle Crafters

Belgian Waffle Crafters is a food truck that moves around Raleigh and the rest of the Triangle, making Liege waffles from scratch. The owners say it is the first and only Belgian waffle truck in the area.

Waffles come sweet or savory, so the truck works as breakfast, lunch, or something in between. It is also one of the few breakfast trucks operating anywhere around here. Each one is made to order, from scratch. The motto on the side reads: if it’s a waffle, this must be Belgium.
