Barcelona Wine Bar is in the Dillon on West Martin Street in downtown Raleigh, serving Spanish tapas and one of the larger Spanish wine lists in the country. Small plates arrive rustic and unfussy, and the idea is to order several and share them around the table.
The menu changes constantly and leans on clean flavors, seasonal produce and specialties from Spain and the Mediterranean. It works for a long dinner with friends or for a glass of wine and a couple of plates at the bar.
