Arise Coworking Community

Arise CoWorking Community is a coworking and event space on Southtown Circle in Rolesville, set up so people who live nearby can work without driving into Raleigh. The pitch the owners make is simple: skip the traffic and work locally. Memberships cover desks, conference rooms and private offices.

Amenities run from Wi-Fi and printing to mailboxes and notary service. Membership terms are flexible, so a plan can change as a business does, and parking onsite is free. A virtual business mail center is available from $35 a month.

What to know

• Flex space can be rented on weekday evenings for receptions, birthdays and corporate events.
• The community produces a podcast called We Exist, and local business owners can sign up to appear.
• Networking opportunities and community events are part of the calendar.
• Membership plans are sold in terms of several months at a time.
