Arise Athletics

Arise Athletics is a coaching gym in Knightdale on the Cross Point Community Church campus at Steeple Square Court, where it recently moved from its longtime McKnight Drive home. Colton and Giannina Tessener, husband and wife, opened it in 2017 and still run it together.

There is no open-gym membership here; every workout is guided, either as one-on-one personal training with Colton, the strength and conditioning coach, or in group fitness classes led by Giannina. The gym adds seasonal programs like a summer bootcamp, and each new client starts with a free consultation to sort out goals and pick a program.
