Arenas Immigration Law works out of Raleigh and Wilmington, handling visas, asylum, citizenship, and deportation defense. The Raleigh office came first. The firm was founded in 2013 by attorney Arenas Rochelo, the daughter of Cuban immigrants, who named it after her own family.
Language is a practical part of the service here. Most of the attorneys are native Spanish speakers, and every member of the team speaks both English and Spanish, so a client can explain a case in the language they think in. Both offices are in North Carolina.
