Amberly Local is a neighborhood pub on Slash Pine Drive in west Cary. The name plays on two meanings of one word: a person who lives in a particular area, and the pub that person walks down to.
The owners say the mission is simply to create a place where the locals want to be, and the room is set up for exactly that. A visit can be dinner, a drink after work, or an evening that turns into both. Food, drink and company all share the same room.
