About
Advance Community Health, now going by Amplify Health, is a community health center on Rock Quarry Road in southeast Raleigh. It has cared for the Wake and Franklin county communities since 1972, which is more than fifty years.
The approach is whole-person primary care, covering physical, behavioral and emotional health together. More than 20,000 patients of all ages, backgrounds and income levels have been treated here, and the organization runs several locations. Advancing Health, Amplifying Lives is the line it uses.
