41 North Coffee

About
41 North Coffee sits on North Main Street in downtown Wendell and is the longest-standing coffee shop in town. The house blend is roasted in Raleigh, and the drink list runs from custom lattes and frappes to the shop’s own cold brew.
It is also a full kitchen. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served, and steaks, crispy wings and shrimp and grits share the menu with sandwiches. Espresso, wine and beer round out the list, so the shop works for an evening out as well as a morning stop.
What to know
- Shaken iced teas and Vietnamese iced coffee are both on the beverage list.
- Sandwiches come with chips and a pickle, and they are the original menu item.
- The shop caters events, so the same menu can travel to a gathering.
- Ingredients are chosen with quality in mind and dishes are prepared to order.
