Jeff’s Bagel Run is open at Cobblestone Village in Rolesville

Jeff’s Bagel Run is open at Cobblestone Village in Rolesville, in Suite 115 at 101 Rolesville Center Drive, in the mixed-use center at the corner of Main and Young streets. The shop runs from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. every day of the week, according to the company’s website, and the chain had announced a March 4, 2026 opening for Rolesville in a February 19, 2026 report by the trade outlet Fast Casual.

The Rolesville shop is the second Triangle location for the Florida bagel chain, after the one on Capital Boulevard in Wake Forest. WRAL’s Foodie News column reported on February 27, 2026 that the Rolesville shop would open that March at 101 Rolesville Center Drive. A third Triangle shop followed on June 19, 2026 at 4251 Parklake Avenue near Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, according to Triangle Food Blog, which reported that the Triangle franchise is owned and operated by Ryan McEvoy. The Town of Rolesville’s downtown page now lists Jeff’s Bagel Run among the businesses open at Cobblestone Village.

What the Rolesville shop sells

The company says every bagel is made from scratch in the shop that sells it. WRAL describes the chain’s bagels as hand-rolled and kettle-boiled, with house-made cream cheese spreads in classic and creative flavors. QSR Magazine, which reported the Wake Forest and Rolesville leases on May 21, 2024, put the Rolesville space at 1,117 square feet and said both North Carolina shops would have the chain’s open kitchen with bar seating and a gelato-style cream cheese display.

The company’s Rolesville page lists these items and services:

• Bagels include Plain, Salt, Rosemary Salt, Onion, Jalapeno Cheddar, Blueberry Cinnamon Sugar and Bacon Swiss.
• Spreads run from Vegetable and Strawberry to Cake Batter and Brown Sugar Cinnamon.
• Coffee and cold brew come from Otus Coffee, a small-batch roaster the chain bought in 2024, according to Fast Casual.
• Orders can be placed ahead through the company’s mobile app.
• Catering is offered for small gatherings and corporate events.

The chain behind the shop

Jeff Perera founded Jeff’s Bagel Run in Orlando, Florida, in 2019, according to Fast Casual. The chain was named one of “America’s Best Bagels” at NYC Bagelfest in 2023, according to Fast Casual. Fast Casual reported on February 19, 2026 that the company was passing 30 locations that month, with more than 100 more in development, in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Alabama, Colorado and North Carolina. The company’s own locations page now lists six North Carolina shops, including two in Charlotte and one in Wilmington.

The rest of Cobblestone Village

Cobblestone Village is an 11-acre development with 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 180 apartments at the intersection of Main and Young streets, according to the town’s downtown page. The town’s list of open businesses at the center includes Mezcalito Grill & Tequila Bar, which opened at 130 Bluestone Crossing Road, according to Triangle Food Blog’s December 12, 2025 roundup, as the chain’s fifth Triangle-area location and eighth overall. WRAL reported on April 3, 2026 that Mezcalito operates in Durham, Apex, Cary, Clayton and Rolesville, with a Raleigh location opening April 6, 2026. The Rolesville phone number is (919) 263-9435, according to the restaurant’s website. WRAL had reported on June 20, 2025 that Mezcalito and Lime & Lemon Fusion Grill & Bar were both set to open at the center.

Also at Cobblestone Village, Trattoria Franko is serving daily from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 205 Basalt Place, according to its website, while the town’s page still lists it as coming soon.

The town’s open list for Cobblestone Village also names these businesses:

• Local Charm is a clothing and gift boutique.
• Artisan Beer & Cheese is a beer and cheese shop that WRAL said had been open about six months as of June 20, 2025.
• Pixels Bar + Arcade is an arcade bar with a kitchen.
• Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming is a dog grooming shop with a pet bakery.

Three more names sit on the town’s coming-soon list for Rolesville: Prima Cafe Co., Lime & Lemon Fusion Grill & Bar and Sushi Nami. Prima Cafe’s online ordering page is titled for a coffee truck at 101 Rolesville Center Road, Suite 101, and the town has not moved the cafe to its open list. The town’s page gives no opening dates for Lime & Lemon or Sushi Nami.
