Peak Performance Strength and Conditioning is an athlete training facility on South Main Street near Highway 98 in south Wake Forest, in a unit inside a multi-tenant building. Owner and coach Xavier Smith, a Wakefield High School graduate, played football at East Carolina University and lettered three seasons.

Coach X trains athletes at every stage, from elementary school through college and professional players, with progressive strength and conditioning programs that add speed, power and agility work on top of clean movement and technique. Athletes train three times a week under a monthly package, and families with more than one athlete get a per-sibling rate.
