Shiloh Greenway

About

Shiloh Greenway is a Town of Morrisville greenway in the north of town, running between McCrimmon Parkway and Church Street through the historic Shiloh community. The nearest parking is at Shiloh Park and Luther Green Center on Church Street.

The path is paved and runs north from McCrimmon Parkway along a power easement toward I-540 before turning east to Church Street. What sets it apart from the town’s other greenways is the interpretive signs along the way on the history of Shiloh, settled by freed Black families around a church that still stands on Church Street.

What to know

  • The town’s parks page lists the greenway at about 1.7 miles; the Summer 2026 Program Guide prints 1.4 miles.
  • No trailhead address is published by the town.
  • Shiloh Park, at the Church Street end, has restrooms, a shelter and a parking lot.
  • Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, the community’s anchor, was founded in 1867.
