Vivace is an Italian trattoria in the Lassiter district of North Hills in Raleigh, part of Kevin and Stacey Jennings’ Urban Food Group, which also runs Coquette and The Mill. It has been on Lassiter Mill Road since 2006.
The kitchen makes fresh pasta every day, and the menu moves from cacio e pepe and ricotta gnocchi to secondi such as porchetta, pollo alla mattone and a 32-ounce bistecca alla Fiorentina. The wine list leans Italian. In 2026 the restaurant took a Gold in the Midtown Diamond Awards, a reader vote run by Midtown Magazine, and it remains one of the longest-running rooms at North Hills.
