Warehouse BBQ – Youngsville

Warehouse BBQ is a barbecue restaurant in Youngsville run by Archie Ware, who smokes the meats himself every day. The business started in 2021 as a food truck working events and stops in Wake and Franklin counties, then opened this storefront as its first permanent home.

The menu is built on slow-smoked meat and scratch-made sides: beef brisket, smoked rib tips, pulled pork sandwiches and a dino beef rib, with collard greens, mac and cheese and fried okra alongside. Ware ran a barbecue restaurant in Freeport, New York, for about 29 years before moving to North Carolina. The restaurant also handles takeout, delivery and catering, the food truck still works events around the area, and a second location is planned for Capital Boulevard in Wake Forest.
