TON Noodles

TON Noodles is a noodle shop in Six Forks Station in north Raleigh, with its own lot and no afternoon closure.

The menu crosses traditions on purpose. A Thai tom kha ramen, a coconut and galangal broth in a ramen bowl, sits beside a straight tonkotsu and a spicy tan tan, and there is a dumpling ramen and a shrimp tempura udon. Bowls run about $19. The kitchen describes the broths as slow-simmered. Online ordering closes half an hour before the kitchen does.
