Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar – Raleigh

Shuckin’ Shack is a casual oyster bar in the McNeill Pointe center off Wake Forest Road. The brand began in Carolina Beach in 2007 and now runs eighteen locations across six states; this restaurant is locally owned and operated by franchisee Kyle Anderson.

Oysters and shrimp are the signatures, and the room is built for families and groups rather than a quiet dinner. Live music runs on weekends, so evenings get loud. It stays open later than most seafood restaurants in the city, and the center has its own dedicated lot.
