Lotus Noodle House

Lotus Noodle House is a Thai and Lao noodle house in Lafayette Village in north Raleigh. The space has been a noodle restaurant since 2018; Triangle Food Blog reported in May 2025 that the former Zanyu Asian Noodles had changed hands and would trade under the Lotus name.
The menu is wider than most on either side of its two traditions. A proper khao soi and a curry laksa sit beside Lao plates and a six-bowl ramen list that runs from tonkotsu through chicken shoyu and spicy miso to a pork belly confit. There is a dedicated vegan section.
